Dies are manufactured from selected Cold Work Tool Steel. Thread Rolling Flat Dies are made for dies having maximum length upto 410mm. Dies are made for all Indian Standard machine blocks and also made for International Blocks like WF Series, TR Series, DPR Series and Others as per requirement. Ground Dies have correct Dimensional Accuracy, Profile comparable to Standards and Good Life; Dies are supplied in Ground Shining Finish and Grit Blasted Finish, as per requirement. Dies can be supplied with Radiused Root Runout (RRO).

Thread Rolling Flat Dies are offered in two Qualities, Regular Quality and Premium Quality. Regular Quality dies are most selling dies and have general thread rolling application. Premium Quality dies are specially toughened dies which have high hardness but also high toughness. These dies are well accepted in Stainless steel fasteners making industries and also used to roll Hardened materials or fasteners after heat-treatment.

• TYPE OF FINISH (Natural Ground Shining or Grit Blasted)
